This is another handy extension and is designed for people who want to give their back more attention and want to have a low pulley. Exercises that become available are, for instance lat pulley (front, rear), rowing, biceps curl, triceps curl etc.
Note: Suitable for 30 mm and 50 mm weight plates (sleeves can be ordered separately).
