With the Newton Fitness CSR-300 Jammer Arm Set set you can add a number of exercises to your training with the Newton Fitness Commercial Smith Power Rack CSR-300. Think of exercises such as Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Rows, etc. The Jammer Arms move independently of each other, allowing you to train unilaterally. The handles of the Jammer Arms have a nice grip and can be set at 4 different heights.
With the supplied bar you can connect both Jammer Arms to each other and optionally attach a leg press plate to it. The Jammer Arms use Olympic discs as a counterweight; the absorption capacity on each side is 19 cm. In addition, you can connect both Jammer Arms to the weight stacks via the cable system and use them as a counterweight.
