With the Newton Fitness CSR-5000-JSA J-hooks and Spotter Arms set you can turn the CSR-5000 into a Power Rack and train with a separate barbell. A total of 35 different heights are available, making many exercises possible. The length of the J-Hooks is 12 cm and the length of the Spotter Arms is 50 cm (the part where the bar will rest). Both are provided with rubber strips to protect the barbell and the J-hooks and Spotter Arms themselves.
Note: The set can be used with barbells with a minimum internal size of 121 cm.
