You can add the BodyCraft Dip Attachment to your BodyCraft SG1 Super Gym to perform dips; an important exercise for the chest muscles, triceps and shoulders. In addition to dips, you can also perform other exercises with the Dip Attachment, such as vertical knee raises, horizontal rows, etc.
Because the Dip Attachment has a rubber layer, you have a comfortable grip during training. The part you you can grip has a thickness of approximately 3.8 cm. The Dip Attachment is easy to place and remove from the station and works in combination with the long spotters.
